A Quantitative Research Study on Leadership Intelligence & Executive Decision-Making in Single-Family Offices

This site presents an invitation to participate in a confidential, Institutional Research Board (IRB) approved doctoral study focused on executive decision-making in U.S.-based, SEC-defined Single-Family Offices (SFOs).

This research project explores how different forms of nonrational intelligence— especially emotional and spiritual intelligence—may influence executive decision-making in complex, high-stakes leadership ecosystems.

The study is designed for busy, competent, and experienced professionals who manage relationships, risk, conflict, prosperity, and responsibility on a daily basis. Your participation is greatly appreciated in this highly confidential and voluntary study.

Who Qualifies?
01
Current or former C-suite executives of an SEC-defined Single-Family Office (SFO) in the U.S.

Served in an SFO for at least two years in an executive decision-making management capacity.

Leadership experience in roles such as CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CLO, CHRO, or equivalent top-tier executive decision-maker.

Can be retired or have resigned from the position, but must have formerly served in an SFO for at least two years in a high-level executive leadership capacity.

Titles may also include Executive Director, Managing Director, Managing Member, Controller, or other leadership roles that directly impact strategic and tactical decision-making.
